Production

An approved sample before mass production.

The sample settles measurements, fit, fabric and colour before mass production. It solves expensive surprises up front.

Brief and tech pack

Product, fabric, quantity and budget are defined. Drawings and measurements become the tech pack.

Pattern

The base size pattern is prepared from the measurements in the tech pack.

Sample sewing

The sample is sewn in the chosen fabric; alternatives are tried if needed.

Fitting and revision

Measurements and details are checked, and notes are carried back into the pattern.

05

Approval

The approved sample becomes the reference for mass production.
