Model drawing
The idea becomes a complete tech pack with a measurement chart and stitch details.

Pattern and grading
The drawing is broken down into millimetre-accurate pattern pieces, with a grade set for every size.

Fabric and cutting
Patterns are placed on the fabric with minimal waste and cut in a single pass.

Sewing
On a 100-machine floor, the right machine, thread and settings for every fabric.

Quality control
Measurements, stitching and surface are checked piece by piece in every batch.
06
Pressing and packing
Final press, labels, folding and packing; the product leaves shelf-ready.
