From sketch to shipment: seven stops.

Model drawing

Every product starts with a line. Your idea becomes a tech pack with a measurement chart, stitch details and fabric notes.

02

Pattern and grading

The drawing is broken down into millimetre-accurate pattern pieces. A separate grade set is made for each size.

03

Sample production

An approved sample is sewn before mass production. Measurements, fit and stitch details are finalised with your approval.

04

Fabric cutting

Patterns are placed on the fabric with minimal waste. One millimetre in cutting means a centimetre in sewing.

Sewing

On a 100-machine floor, the right machine, thread and settings for every fabric.

06

Quality control

Every batch passes a measurement, stitching and fabric check before it leaves.

07

Pressing and packing

Final press, labels, folding and packing. The product leaves shelf-ready, in your brand's box.
